Chadi Sabra is a senior executive and Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading major coastal, marine, and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. His portfolio includes transformative developments such as the $3B Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway and the $17B King Salman Maritime Complex, reflecting his ability to deliver technically demanding and nationally significant projects at scale. A recognised specialist in marina and port development, Chadi brings expertise in planning, design, and delivery of critical marine assets that drive both economic growth and coastal resilience.
As ICM’s Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Chadi builds on the company’s 20+ year presence in the region, leading operations from the UAE. He is spearheading partnerships with ministries, sovereign developers, and private sector leaders to deliver coastal solutions aligned with regional priorities, including Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030and the UAE’s Net Zero 2050. His approach is centred on combining engineering excellence with sustainability, ensuring projects deliver lasting social, economic, and environmental value.
