ICM provided consultancy and project management assistance for the installation of 40 modular artificial reef pyramids off Grand Anse, Grenada, in 2020. Our role focused on advising on layout, sequencing, logistics, and safety to support Dive Grenada’s installation program and ongoing expansion.

About This Project
The Challenge
The Grand Anse Artificial Reef Project required a practical way to create habitat in a nearshore area with limited structure, with a solution that could be built locally, scaled over time, and managed within realistic budgets.
The Solution
ICM provided advisory and project management assistance, including input on module spacing, deployment plans, snorkeler and small-craft safety considerations, and practical logistics for shallow-water placement.
